Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion; if we decline or cannot fulfill an order, we release or refund your payment.
Prices and item availability shown at checkout govern and may change at any time. Online orders are prepaid and pickup-only. Florida sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Some items are served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or undercooked fish, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially with certain medical conditions. You assume this risk when ordering. Please tell us about allergies before ordering; we prepare food in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Tyde's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
